My Experience: Very good picture and color quality. Small amount of lag time on fast moving scenes.

Problems: Closed captioning feature shaded most of the screen and it wasn't clear how to limit this in the options. Explained this to BenQ support and they wanted me to send the TV in for repair. I turned off the closed captioning option and the screen shading was no longer an issue.
