  Brillian's Description
The 6580iFB 1080p is the perfect HDTV professional-grade hardware and software platform to serve as the visual centerpiece of any multimedia environment. The 1080p features a true six-megapixel light engine with three UltraContrast™ Gen II LCoS™ microdisplays designed specifically for 1080p HDTV content. The ultra-fine-pitch 16:9 widescreen, 170-degree viewing angle, six-megapixel, 1920 x 1080-pixel (1080p), three panel light engine and a new mega-sharp lens accommodate the smaller, denser pixel array. This provides artifact-free, 480i-to-1080p resolution video with exquisite detail and true color from corner to corner, plus 12-bit ultra precise gray level performance and exceptional black level quality. The A/V architecture currently supports 14 (digital and analog) inputs for video resolutions of 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, and 1080p; and PC resolutions of VGA, SVGA, XGA, SXGA, 720p, and 1080p.
