My Experience: MY FIRST 4200HD DISOLAYED A 1" VERTICAL LINE AT APPROXIMATELY 3" FROM THE LEFT BORDER 2 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. DELL IMMEDIATELY REPLACED THE UNIT WITH ANOTHER. THE REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN FUNCTIONING PROPERLY FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS.
Problems: THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE WITH PRODUCT IS THEN HDMI FUNCTIONS FOR A WHILE & THEN THE RECEPTION GOES HAYWIRE. THIS OCCURS BOTH WITH CABLE TV & MY SONY DVD PLAYER. ATTEMPTS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM HAVE BEEN FUTILE. THE LANGUAGE BARRIER & COMPREHENSION BY DELL'S OFF SHORE CUSTOMER SERVICE FACILITY ARE EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. I'VE SETTLED FOR SCRAPPING THE HDMI IDEA FOR COMPONENTS. NOT VERY HAPPY.
