My Experience: I had 2 go bad before my 2 year warrenty ran out. Bad panel boards. The first time it took months, becasue Haier claimed they didn't have any boxes for it to go in. It didnt want the box, just the TV. After it finally got it replaced, the second TVs panel board went out after only a few months. Luckily I had an extended warrenty, but that still took over a month. The panel cannot be replaced and I had to get a different model TV. The tech lady said that she sees this a lot with the Haier brand and also the Visio. She said don't buy any of these models. I AGREE

Problems: Panel boards went out on 2 different TV, within 2 years and can not be fixed
