My Experience: I purchased this unit after the price dropped last April. With warranty, et al... I paid around 3 grand for it. This is my first HD television, so i am compleletly satisfied. The thing that really sets this TV apart are the number of inputs... more than enough for any home theater set-up. You can buy cheaper Plasmas and LCD tv's, but very few of them are versatile as this one. It would have been nice to get the newer version with the HD tuner, as i live in an area where i can easily get 6 - 8 digital broadcast signals, but i bought a hd tuner card for my computer and hooked it up through the DVI input and it looks fabulous.

Problems: none so far... runs a little hot, but otherwise no problems
