My Experience: Purchased 4yrs. ago. Suddenly stopped working. Flashin blue light 3x repeatedly w/no picture. Called Hitachi and they gave me a name of someone over 30 miles away who estimated $300-$400 to replace some boards. 4yrs. for a set that costs well over $1K is very poor in my opinion. I won't buy another Hitachi flat screen again.

Problems: Starts for 1 second w/green screen then turns off. Power light then flashes blue 3 time repeatedly. No indication in manual as to what this means. Had to reseach the Internet. Found that many have had the same issue with this model.
