My Experience: The digital tuner was defective out of the box. It's now been over 6 weeks since I first contacted JVC and over 3 weeks with the TV in a JVC authorized service center with no resolution. The service tech learned that JVC pulled all the replacement tuner boards due to failures but JVC won't own-up to it.
Problems: Faulty digital tuner out of the box. No customer support: calls go unanswered.
