My Experience: so far, so good. we (my wife & I) purchased it two days ago and it is all that we need; nothing more, nothing less. the volume is in smaller increments from mute to 100 and the menu offers video/audio options that span the gamut. while we have only had the unit less than a week, it has given us reason to review our entire movie collection again for the experience. a great buy! (we bought it from Circuit City)

Problems: the only thing i'd say at this point is the dvd player sounds a little loud in quiet parts of movies.
