My Experience: This TV had a great picture, very clear. We have DirecTV service, & the DVR has never worked with the Satellite TV. We have also had to replace the power supply twice so far in the lasr 18 months. The 1st time it was under warranty, or that bill would have been over $800. This time the unit is not under warranty, & the repairs are almost $350. The picture has lost quality over the years we have had it, and the sound is average. (We do not have a surround sound).

Problems: POWER SUPPLY!! Replaced twice already!
