My Experience: Purchased from Costco.ca online to discover it's 400 less at the warehouse..Got the run around regarding return and re-purchase. Still not able to do it as they want me to bring in my unit and exchange it for the exact same one to maintain "code consistancy"...so much for customer service.

Front of unit looks dented...can not adjust colors other than the 4 preset settings (cinema, vivid, standard, user)

hired a professional to 'tune in' my home theater ...pending this ..i just may end up taking this unit back.

Wall mount provided is the cheapest mount i have ever seen...no adjusting..and your wall studs MUST be 16 inch

This is a POOR MAN"S plasma ..at an inflated price. In retrospect ...i made an $1800.00 mistake with this purchase...lesson learned.

Problems: I'm sure they will come. I only wish i had 2 men at my disposal to take this thing back.

How about you include taking the stand off in your manual?

the ONE positive thing i will say is that i have never had a prob. getting ahold of Maxent @ the 1-888 #.
