My Experience: After 2 years of ownership the screen went blank. It tooks two months in an authorized Mitsubishi repair shop to determine there was a defective board in the tv. Mitsubishi paid for the 50.00 part and I was left paying 450.00 in service. Very poor customer service at Mitsubishi. Won't buy their products again!!
