My Experience: I've had it for about two months now. Don't have HD service yet but it looks great even without it. DId some homework and looked at reviews and specs before buying it. All LCDs, plasmas and LEDS (flat TVs) have a "shelf life". But, with the DLPs, all you have to do is replace a bulb!

Problems: The remote control does not do the TV justice. It functionally does work. It seems that some of the buttons were designed to light up from behind but somewhere during manufacturing, someone didn't get the memo. It could've been designed much better. My Cable service remote is more user friendly.
