My Experience: We bought the television in 2004 and we experienced a problem every year. We would never buy a Mitsubishi prodcut again. Customer service is terrible. They know they have a problem with this TV and will not refund a portion of the money. STAY AWAY FROM MITSUBISHI
Problems: Lamp goes out every 6 months, entire chasis was sent back to Mitsubishi for repair(3 weeks without TV), entire light engine had to be replaced, black spots on screen.
