My Experience: Purchased in Dec 2004...been broken 3 times. Last 12 months it has broken twice due to bad DM Module. TV is covered under extended warranty, repair has been approved but TV can not be fixed due to rolling back-order for parts (chasis: part # 955B298003). I've been waiting for over 3 months for TV to be fixed...ship date for chasis keeps getting pushed...may be 6 months or more before TV can be fixed. I will never buy Mitsubshi again!!
Problems: Customer relations is sooooooo bad!! 1-800-332-2119 gets you to a call center in India where you have to endure well mannered Indians reading scripted answers to your concerns, questions and problems. Oh...and the best part...you have to wait on average 30-40 minutes to even get somebody in this call center. Some have better English than others.
