My Experience: Outrageous monitor, useless TV. Based on the specs "Features" should be good to excellent, but as none of them work, I had to rate it Bad. Same for "Construction", probably Average to Good, but since it doesn't work - Bad.
Ease of Use truly is terrible as is reliability.
Problems: CableCARD always failing.
Disk (DVR) problems
Audio drop outs when DVR does work.
