My Experience: Around 2 years into ownership (new March, 2007) we had to replace the lamp. We've had to replace it 3 times since then, and now cannot get the BGLOD to go away. It's now Dec, 2015 and time to upgrade. Tired of purchasing lamps - and this repair looks to be beyond the home repair (online blogs say it's capacitors that have gone bad - but none look it). I'll spend more to avoid the maintenance.

Problems: Lamp keeps burning out.
