My Experience: Norcent televisions do not have universal remote codes so you can only use the remote that comes with the set. There is no one that you can talk to in their customer serivce dept and you have to leave a message. So far, no one has responded to mine. Also, I've sent 3 emails to them inquiring how to purchase a second remote. It's been 2 days and still no response.
