My Experience: For $800 (black friday deal) this was impossible to pass up. Few minor issues (goto AVSForum.com for thread specifically for this model). For a low cost entry level HDTV this is the best TV you'll find. Built in tuners are a plus with the costs of today's cable services. OTA HD Broadcasts of network shows are absolutely beautiful. If cost is a consideration (and for most of us it is), going with this 720p 42" is a no-brainer.

I think this is a newer company trying to get some market share by keeping their prices low for now, so jump on in. With the ability to upgrade your firmware via USB, you almost future proof your tv (almost being that known problems can be fixed, you can't upgrade a tv's capabilities just with a firmware change).

Problems: problems with uneven backlighting and de-interlacing issue regarding 480i DVD via component (I specifically have an issue with component 2).

Lots of little issues, but supposedly customer service is great. 1 year in home repair service for problems covered under 1 year standard warranty is amazing. If a problem exists within one year, they will send a pre-paid box to you, for a 42", thats a nice feature, not having to lug it back to the store.
