My Experience: I strongly recommend against buying Olevia lcd tvs because they only provide very expensive repair options and take as long as 6 - 8 weeks to repair your tv.My 23 inch Olevia tv broke right after the 1 year warranty ended. I had to send it from ny to california at a cost of $90. I was told the tv needed a new power supply at a cost $50 for the part and $100 for the labor. I replaced the power supply and 2 days later I only had sound and no picture. I called Olevia who concluded that it was probably the lcd inverter which they only sold by replacing the entire lcd panel at a starting cost of $250 plus shipping. The supervisors for 2nd level support would not approve any consideration or discount for the repair.
