My Experience: This tv was the biggest waste of $2,500. After just one year, we had to pay $317.00 to replace the bulb. After 18 months, there has been a problem with the air filter. Every time this comes up, the tv shuts off. Panasonic customer service reps. have been totally worthless in assisting us with any problems we've had with this tv. They say without the extended warranty, they cannot help us. I will never buy another panasonic product again and have discouraged everyone I know from buying Panasonic products. We are in the process of buying another wide screen tv and are taking the time to research them first. The one guarantee is that it won't be a panasonic. My advice to anyone looking to purchase a wide screen tv is not to buy a Panasonic.
