My Experience: T.V was great for the first 2 1/2 years very good pic. Could't wait to get home to relax and watch t.v on it.

Problems: Colored spots a total of 5. lamp needs to be replaced well before it's time. Panasonic could't care less about the issue told me to get a repair man. Bad customer service
