My Experience: Big Disappointment

Problems: Worked great for first 2 1/2 years then had to have in shop 3 times in 3 months. Closest service center 1 1/2 hours away.Contrary to what you advertise, lamp had to be replaced after only 2 1/2 years, then fan, then etc. Panasonic unwilling to make a fair compensation offer on a new plasma TV; will be switching brands.
