My Experience: Three years after shelling out too much money for this TV, it started to develop "hot spots." There are six spots total now, each about the size of a baseball. Two are green, two are red, and two are blue. I'm not sure what it will cost to fix, but my guess is in the three to four hundred range, plus I'll have to lug the thing to a service center. I would fix it, but I know the bulb will burn out soon and that's another four hundred. So I'm taking this nice, expensive (or at least it was when I bought it) HDTV and giving it away. I don't see myself buying Panasonic again.
