My Experience: I just bought this for 999.99 on black friday. Quick easy setup just plug in ac power and antenna, in my case, cable and I still get 6 hd channels at 1080i mostly local channels the rest of the channels come in at 480i which is ok but hd is better obviously. Picture is really very good, I have read reviews where they said analog was blurry, mine is not blurry, but if you want to spend 4,000 or more on plasma then you need more education. The speakers are ok unless you are used to home theatre. Dvd is great, has sd card reader which works well although I doubt it will be used much. I have not hooked up a pc to it yet but I am seriously thinking of building a dedicated pc with big hard drives and tv card for the tv. The unit is lightweight and easy to move for its size at 68 lbs. It does take longer to turn on than you are used to but that is the way it is with projection tv's. The remote is kind of a pain one push somtimes gives no response other times 2 or 3. I highly reccomend this tv for a good price.
Problems: no problems since it has been less than a week, I will see. The bulb replacement cost and timing is still a concern at 300 roughly, although that should drop over time, you can also replace it yourself according to the instructions
