My Experience: I got the last one at the local Wallyworld for $750.

Ran perfect out of the box. I do not have HD programming, and we still love it as is. On DirecTV we get stunning pictures all the time and great picture on DVDs. This was such a bargain that I got an inexpensive 2 year additional service policy from WM to protect against the chance of known failures on this model.

I was quite happy to get a Panasonic at this price, willing to gamble on a repair. This is the biggest and best picture we've ever had.

Problems: No problems, so far.
