My Experience: Don't buy this TV. Issues I have include:
- The TV shuts off occassionally. This results in a red light on the front that can only be reset by unplugging and plugging back in the tv
- Missing part of the picture - The picture is impossible to adjust so that I can see the whole picture. I have tried every possible picture setting and still end up watching football games without seeing the score.
- sound - The speaker makes a loud buzzing sound when the TV plays deep bass. We don't play it loud so the speaker is not blown. I called Philips on this and they offered me no help. When I took the tv apart, I found that the speaker vibrates against the cheap plastic tv housing.
Don't buy this tv. Save your money. If it is your only choice for a tv, buy a book and read instead. You'll save yourself a lot of headaches.

Problems: See above.
