My Experience: I purchased this tv 2 1/2 years ago. It stopped working 7 weeks ago. I sent it out for repair. The y-board needed to be replaced--a $550 fix. After weeks of back and forth with philips and the recommended repair center--I have found out that the part is on back order--with no date of arrival and since I'm out of warranty--philips won't do anything about it. I will never buy another philips product again!!!!!
