My Experience: I did a little research and this was one of my choices to pick from. As each one was compared for my use needed, quality, reviews and verbal comments from other user, well my list kept getting short and this model kept coming to the top of the list. Finally I got tired of shopping and sacrificed a few inches of viewing area for a bit more quality and I've never regretted the decision. 2 family members seen my choice and knew I would have researched before buying and just skipped the shopping and went and bought the same model..... absolutely everyone is happy.

Problems: How to update the software on the TV was "slightly" confusing. After reading over and over and over what needed to be done to upgrade software on TV it finally dawned on me what the instruction manual was trying to say. It's a simple job but the words/wording in the manual is a bit confusing. The manuals use of words is almost like it was written in another language and translated to English and there is not a direct translation for some words.
The bottom line is NO PROBLEMS just a little confusing....... and confusing is the manual not the LCD TV.
