My Experience: Philips has sold the US version with defective or cheap parts that cause the power supply to fail. I am lucky that I got two years out of mine before it failed. Others have not been so lucky. Check the internet and read the many postings of how poor the TV performs and how poorly Philips handles their customers. Buying Philips is bad investment.

Problems: Power supply failure.
