My Experience: This television is a great buy for the money. The picture and sound is excellent. We use the tv for watching television and movies (no gaming). Well worth the price.

Problems: The only problem that I have encountered is that we started losing sound...then the tv would not turn on. Took it to the shop and they bench tested it for a week nothing wrong with it. Brought it home...worked fine. Two months later, same problems, took it back to shop, no problems. Brought it home again, now it's working fine. The only thing we (me/tv repair shop folks) think it can be is a static build-up causing interference. If this happens to you...take the television out of the house for a bit to dissipate the static and plug it back in and give it a try. Ours worked like a champ.
