My Experience: Do not buy this TV! It has been nothing less than a total nightmare since 10 months after I bought this POS. First I thought the lamp had gone out so I contacted Thompson Customer service, Ordered the lamp replacement, call back a cuple weeks later and they tell me its on backorder with no ETA. After enough calling in and complaining they finally contact a video/audio store in my area who replace the bulb for me(Its been 2 months BTW). Turns out its not the bulb, its the motor in the TV. They say it's going to be another two weeks to get the part. Mind you I have a $1400 piece of junk in my living room going on 3 months. I'm also paying for cable and the NFL ticket. All that money down the drain.

Problems: I finally reported them the the better business bureau. Now they are going to replace the TV or so they say. I'm not going to hold my breath.
