My Experience: Overall im totally satisfied with all the features this TV has.

Problems: The only problem I have with it is that the lamp only lasted me 13 months! My family and I did have the TV on everyday , but not for long hours.Thompson electronics claims that the life span on this bulb is 6 thousand hours in the Brightest setting. We didnt come near that on everyday use. To top it off the bulb itself is rediculously expensive @ 420.00. And had i not purchased the extendid warranty I would have been out of luck because the bulb went out just after the manufacturers warranty did. Not only that but Im still waiting for Best Buy to ship the replacement bulb to me.It has been 31/2 months and 3 dates changes as to when this bulb will be ready. Totally unexcusible! No one at best BB can tell me why its taking so long! If anyone has had similar luck id like to hear it. Thanks, Tom in Ft. Worth.
