My Experience: We bought the Samsung FP-T5894W because all of the great reviews. The quality and picture are second to none. All the positive reviews are all the same which would rate this plasma in the 9.0 practically across the board. We have had this Samsung FP-T5894W for about 8 months, and the reciever has died. The reciever was kept in a well ventilated location nothing on top of it and just started to garble the picture on the screen periodically.

Problems: Garbled picture, after 8 months of regular use the reciever died. I would have liked the option of by passing the reciever. for instances like this. We have a brand new plasma tv that is fine, but because of the reciever has died every thing else is dead too.
