My Experience: Been trying to get mine fixed for over a month. The service center for our area (Ft. Myers, FL) is very very unresponsive. Am having to pursue the problem further up the chain. I have the extended warantee but what good is that if they don't fix it. Never again Samsung.

Problems: First lamp blew, then light engine and ballast gave up the spirit. What next if I ever get this current problem fixed.
