My Experience: “WARNING”... NO MORE SAMSUNG!
I have a 7 month Samsung HP-T5044 Plasma TV suffering screen burn displaying 2 vertical lines. According to Samsung - this is not covered under warranty. Samsung had terrible customer service and refused to replace or service the defective TV under warranty… DON’T buy Samsung plasmas without purchasing an extended warranty.

Problems: Two vertical lines screen burn. Samsung will not cover under warranty on a 7 month TV. BEWARE poor customer service and inferior product.
