My Experience: We looked around and did our research. The last flat screen TV we brought home and took back because everything we watched looked strange and stretched out (and bleached out). This TV has brilliant colors and the images don't look stretched out at all. We don't even have a hi-def signal, at the moment, and the reception and colors are still top notch. It was also incredibly easy to set up.
