My Experience: Like many--I too purchased this T.V. thinking it was a good product. Did all the research and was told that Samsung was a great product. I have been sorely disappointed. Within a year and a half of having this T.V. it was slow to power on...then pixel dots all over the screen...then progressed to a rainbow of colors vertically across the screen. I now have to turn on and off 4 different times to get the picture I want. Samsung said they would do NOTHING about it. I too will never buy a Samsung Product ever again!

Problems: Only lasted 1.5 years before having major issues. Samsung will not stand by their product. Paid $2000 for this television. What a waste!
