My Experience: The picture on this TV is just plain stunning!
We went from our previous Sony 57" Rear Projection Tv to this and what a mind blower it was for us as you can imagine!!
The clarity and definition is amazing, at times the picture looks almost like it's in 3D to us!
Even though we have a couple issues going on with it at this time there is no doubt how truly awesome the picture quality is on this TV.

Problems: We have had this TV for barely 2 weeks now and have had a couple of problems as we see them so far.
First and foremost are the "halos" we have seen on fast moving objects at times (not always) even with the 240HZ set to smooth. ???
We are certainly disappointed by this and not sure how to even try to correct this issue if it's at all possible to do so.
With all the promotion for this 240HZ smooth motion technology Samsung has advertised it is worth considering if your contemplating purchasing this model for the money!
I have not tried to contact Samsung yet but I intend to in regards to these "halos" we see at times with the hopes they actually have an explanation and a solution for them.

Secondly the remote control will not stay "paired" up (as they refer to setting up the remote to operate the TV) for too long. We will try to use it and it no longer works, it will not operate the TV all of a sudden and needs to be "re-paired up" again.
Called Samsung and they are sending us a new remote, stating that the remote should be the problem if not it may be the RF sensor on the front of the TV but if so because it is still under the warranty they would send someone to fix it!!!
Now if the sensor is the issue, I don't know about you folks but after we just paid a little over $3000.00 with tax for this TV they should do more than try to fix this one, it should be replaced with a new one!!
We can only wait for the new remote to arrive and keep our fingers crossed.
