My Experience: manufacturer's warranty 12 months, died at 20 months. Fortunately retailer had a 24 month warranty at no extra cost, otherwise it would have ended up an expensive piece of junk. Would not recommend this brand to anyone.
Problems: After 12 months response time from initial on slowed until by 20 months it was infinite. Diagnosed as failed digital module costing about 80% of the original price to obtain and install. had the retailer not covered the cost it would have been more economical to purchase a new real LCDTV.
