My Experience: I got a 2 year service agreement when i bought it at walmart, GOOD IDEA!!! In the past year it has been in the shop 3 times for the same problem ,They replaced the screen panel (basicly the whole TV)each time and it is in the shop now. The service agreement people called and said they would not repair it again and that they would send me a new sony or JVC TV. this does not say much for sanyo and I will never buy a sanyo again!They should recall this peice of crap.

Problems: Large sections of the screen would turn black and fade in and out . A lot of people are having this problem right after there warranty runs out ( I fell your pain) Do not bother repairing it we had ours repaired 3 times for the same problem. If yours has not done it yet it must be new or watched rarely this problem WILL happen.
