My Experience: So far so good when it actually works but....

Problems: Since we bought our TV, it was great. Love everything about it. BUT...our Lamp blew up. Easy fix right? Well guess what? We have been searching hi and lo for a replacement bulb. Can't find one. We bought the Warranty, and the Lamp is back ordered for eons. Our TV dealer does not carry these lamps, the Warranty people do not carry these lamps. So basically we are s.o.l. We buy this warranty, and they can't do anything. We found a Lamp online. Same serial number etc...but it's the wrong one. Have to send that thing back. It's a headache. We had to buy another TV, because this one is going to be down possibly 9 months.

So...guess we either toss this tv in the dumps or blow it up. Don't know yet.
