My Experience: I bought this TV for $836 at Walmart. One of my requirements was that it had to fit into a piece of furniture that required it to have an overall width of under 36" and there are only a couple of 37" LCDs that can meet that requirement. My general opinion is that, for the lower/mid end ($700-$900)of the 720P market, the picture is about average. The blacks aren't quite as "inky/dark" as the Samsungs I saw in this category. The good news is that there are a whole lot of individual color adjustments that can at least get you to an accurate color representation (I optimized the color with my DVD Essentials product)-- like most TVs in this category, DVDs and HD look great, while SD looks pretty bad... If I didn't have the width requirements, I would have shosen a Samsung.
Problems: None so far. Build quality seems pretty good.
