My Experience: Hate their customer service and tech support departments. All they know how to do is hide behind their "policies" Sold me a lemon and would not exchange it for me for a new one. DON'T BUY SHARP!!!!!!!!!! The only thing going for them is the picture is not bad.... when it worked!!!
Problems: TV broke down after 20-something days.... tries to work with Sharp to fix the problem. After they figured out it was not repairable over the phone, it passed their 30day return policy. Sharp Direct would not even exchange the TV for me and insisted that I just get it fixed. Very unreasonable!!!! The TV was a lemon! I will NEVER buy a Sharp again and I advise you not to as well.
