My Experience: I purchased this Fine piece of TV Technology brand New in the box.It was a Very Dry Day when I brought it home and set it up in the Living Room corner by the Fire Place(Which I do not use anymore).The Pedestal was installed (Very Nice Pedestal)and the LC-60C52U TV turned on right away with the best picture quality I ever set my eyes on.I have never had to call for any help on the setup of this tv,because the manual is so easy to follow page by page.Very informative manual.I rate this one of the best tv's on the market today.You just have to get one for yourself (It's like going to the movie theater in your own home.Words of advice--Always buy your electonics on the dry days.Electronics do not work in the rain.
