My Experience: We bought this TV when Circuit City was going under so it was a good price for a 52in TV. We took the risk of nothing other than the factory warranty and the "all sales final" thing that goes with a company going out of business, but we don't regret it at all! We have had this TV for over a year now and not once have we had a single problem with it. It's easy to use and my husband seems to love most of the features that are on here. We got an HDMI cable for our PS3, and it quality of the picture on the TV is just amazing. (it was even before the HDMI cable) The way I see it. We got this thing for a steal. Dirt cheap top quality TV. I call it a win :)
