My Experience: I bought the first one from BJ's and out of the box it would not turn on. That should have been a warning. Returned and had the second one for a couple of years. Speakers were always horrible. One night watching TV, a bright flash and POOF it was dead. I have found many reviews with the same proplem and yet Funai USA says it is not a manufacturing defect. The Boad anchor of a TV still sits in my spare room praying for a part to fix it.
