My Experience: This TV literally died on me @ 6 weeks to the day. Unable to return to place of purchase, called Sylvania who sent me to a repair place where it could not be repaired, the repair shop had my TV from Thanksgiving week till after Christmas so all this time I'm out of a TV. As per Sylvania I return the TV to them and they said they were going to send me a NEW one not a REFURBISHED one. Here it is January 27th I receive a REFURBISHED TV, same model and size.

My theory is: I got what I paid for and this will not happen to me again. I'm still waiting for a call from the company to see if this will be rectified. But in the mean time I was searching for replacment TV's throughout my house and Black Friday there was a TV on sale at Target it was the perfect size for my kitchen, when I looked at the brand it was SYLVANIA; NO WAY was I buying another SYLVANIA.

I waited until now to see if Sylvania would do right by me and they, in my opinion did me dirty so I will never purchase another SYLVANIA TV in any model, size or form, no matter how good the price is.

Problems: White screen, no picture but sounnd.
