My Experience: Loved the tv at first. Had some pixelation issues with it, but just thought it was an HD issue or something. After 11 months, the inverter board went out. The tv went black. Yes, it is under warranty. However, making the warranty claim has been a nightmare. Sylvania customer service is not helpful or organized. The authorized repair place has had the tv a week and after numerous calls, we still can't get Sylvania to commit to sending the replacement part or a refurbished tv. We are so frustrated, we just called and simply asked for our money back. They firmly said no...and we are still waiting to find out what they plan to do to fix the issue. We were told today to expect it to be resolved in at least 20 days.

Problems: Very poor customer service.
