My Experience: The TV was great and picture quality is excellent, until the multi-coloured snow started happening. A tech came in for home service, but still couldn't fix it....so they are going to have to take it in. But reading the problems enocuntered by other people, I don't think they can fix it.

Problems: Multi coloured snow appearing.
First started in the upper left hand corner. Now it's all over the place.
