My Experience: Great picture and sound, easy controls, remote does not light up.

Problems: My first bulb burned out after 1-1/2 years. I bought in Aug. '05. I am now needing another bulb (now Feb. '08). They are supposed to last 8000 hours in low mode. The GE warranty is for three years. Customer service sucks! The first bulb took seven weeks to arrive.
